Problems and Descriptions

The first thing you must write into your important notebook is a brief description of your idea and give a description of a problem and write how the product or service of your small business will solve that problem.

Keep the Description Simple

Your product/service description should be simple. Say your product is a spork (A spork is a hybrid form of cutlery taking the form of a spoon-like shallow scoop with the addition of the tines of a fork ). Your description will be “A disposable hybrid of a utensil which frees one hand to hold a paper plate”

Product Problem Solving

Now solve the problem and write a description: e.g. with the spork once again: The problem is in picnics and other gatherings, one hand needs to hold the paper plate while trying to use a spoon and fork. Problem solved by combining the spoon and fork together into one tool.
